Image Browser 4.6.1 Bug with missing network location

I had a cam2pc install that was trying to reference a network location that no longer existed on application load. It seemed to cause the image browser to hang. I was able to fix the problem by editing the cam2pc registry settings and replacing the bad location with a good location.
