How to disable the Windows XP Media Keys

How to disable the Windows XP own Media Keys interpretation. Always when I press e.g. the search key it opens the windows search window and also the program I defined to open with nTouch.

I tried to disable it with Tweak UI, but it doesn't change the problem.
