Where are the folder items beeing noted?

Hi,

Where do the folder items beeing noted? In the registry or somewhere else.
I am asking this because I want to backup 'my folders' without entering them again :lol: .

They are noted in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\nabocorp.\My Folders\Entries.
