Ading a Comments question

Done some testing, but really need to add another feature for the free text as I want to add an optional final question saying "any other comments".

The freetext one in 1.2 is a single line, so I should need to just change this in survey.inc.php I think? Unless I'm making a new complete element.

Just wondered if anyone has tried this before I wade through everything (as it needs to be optional I guess I need to avoid the required check too !)
