Insert before -Fuction

Hello!
I installed the new version of nabopoll. Everything looks fin. But I can not use the \"insert before\" function\" for questions?
The function creates a new number for the existing tables, but there isnt\'t any new table????
In the Answer-Area ist works fine!

Can somebody help me?
