Not all files transfer to PC

I downloaded and installed cam2pc tonight, then set it up to transfer files from my Canon S50 to a single folder. However, of 49 files on my CF card, only 33 transferred. I tried again to get the remaining files but only the same copied files were transferred. How do I get the remaining files to transfer?
