Transparent PNG not supported ?

I have noticed that cam2pc can't handle png files which has been saved with transparent index attribut.
It is quit a pity because with we use more and more such files.
The software is great, i use few days but have to stop only because of this problem. Someone who make website use every days this kind of format.
