Change the already opened Exporer (which is not activated)

Hello,

I use "My Folders" for 2 months and I can't imagine now to remove it from my computer.

My question is :
If the current activated software can't handle (e.g. calculator) the directory specified by "My Folders", is it possible to restore the already opened Windows Explorer instead of opening a new one, and only after changing to the specified location.

This should be an option of course, because some people maybe prefer to open more than one Explorer !
It's different than the existing check box (Always open a new Explorer window instead of changing the location of the current one) !
