Error transfering files since v 4.5.x

[AE-35]

Since I'm using version 4.5.2 I get this error: an error occured during the transfer of file filename.jpg. Do you want to continue the transfer?
I never had this before, is this a known error ? and what can I do about it.

I'm using 4.5.2 shareware and have a Olympus C-5050
